Will the new ESPer powers be completely new or include new uses for the powers in the original book or both?

Will any of the original powers be reprinted in the options guide?

The chapter on ESPers includes new and alternate uses for a many of the ESPer abilities in the HDL Basic Rules, as well as more than 25 new abilities. Nothing from existing books is reprinted. The closest we come is an alternate table for Telekinesis, with a scaling difficulty based on mass, similar to the Seeing table in the HDL Basic Rules.
